SHIPPING POLICY

ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. (See Calendar page).

 

Our standard handling time is typically up to 3 business days from the date of purchase.

 

While we aim to dispatch orders placed before 3:00 PM CST on the same business day, this is not guaranteed and depends on order volume and warehouse capacity.

 

During peak periods, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.

CARRIERS & SHIPPING METHODS

We currently ship using trusted U.S. carriers, including:

-USPS (First Class Mail, Priority Mail).

-UPS (Ground, Home Delivery).

-FedEx (Ground, First Class Equivalent).

 

The shipping method is selected at time of dispatch based on order weight, destination, package value, and carrier availability.


Customers cannot select a preferred carrier at checkout.

SHIPPING COVERAGE

We currently ship only within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

 

Orders shipped via a freight forwarding service are considered delivered once confirmed by tracking. The Jolly Roger Store is not liable for any loss, damage, or delays occurring after delivery to the freight forwarder.

FREE & CALCULATED SHIPPING

Orders of $50.00 or more qualify for free shipping within the contiguous United States.

Free or flat-rate shipping does not apply to:

-Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico

-P.O. Boxes

-APO/FPO/DPO addresses

 

For these locations, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order's total weight and destination.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on location.

 

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

-Weather events.

-Carrier issues.

-Incorrect or incomplete addresses.

-Peak holiday volumes.

SIGNATURE REQUIRMENT

Some orders may require a signature upon delivery, especially high-value or time-sensitive shipments.

 

If no one is available to sign, the carrier may hold the package for pickup or attempt redelivery.

 

-We are not responsible for delays caused by missed signature attempts.

LOST, DELAYED OR MISROUTED PACKAGES

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, it is considered delivered for our purposes.

 

If your package is lost or misrouted, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We’ll assist where possible, but final responsibility lies with the carrier after shipment confirmation.

 

The Jolly Roger Store is not liable for additional costs or losses resulting from:

-Delivery delays.

-Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

-Lost packages due to freight forwarding services.

SHIPPING ON RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective item).

 

All returns must be authorized via email before shipping back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

 

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
